What does a Public Adjuster charge? Our fees are on a contingency basis. We get paid when we get you paid.


This is the most common type of fee charged by Public Adjusters. "Contingent" means that we take no fee from the client, but get a percentage of the insurance claim settlement at the end.

These fees are regulated by our state, Department of Financial Services.

For named storms or Hurricanes the fee is 10% and for what is referred to as “Daily’ Claims is 20% We

Public adjusters and clients are free to negotiate contingency fees on a individual basis.
